Once applicants have been accepted onto their chosen study abroad program they are able to begin making payments to Student Receivables for their program.  Applicants will be entered on a first-come/first-served basis.  They will be considered as having a place in the program once the first payment has been made and as long as they continue to meet the program payment deadlines and all eligibility requirements.

Payments should be made by contacting Student Receivables, either in person or via phone.  When communicating with Student Receivables, applicants should indicate that they want to make a deposit payment for their specified travel course (where they are going and when). 

In Person:
Student Receivables is located at 105 Student Services Center.
The cashier area is open from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Over the Phone:
Contact Student Receivables at 205-348-5350.

*The UA Education Abroad office reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student on account of unsatisfactory academic work, behavior, or any other issue that may prove an impediment to his/her participation on such program.
